Community Entries

The 39th Annual Harford County Farm Fair will be held July 18–25, 2026.

Our competitions, known as Community Entries, have also been referred to as “Open Class,” “Home Arts,” and “Farm & Garden Products.” These competitive exhibits are open to Harford County residents and anyone living within 25 miles of the fairgrounds in Bel Air.

This catalog provides all the information you need to participate. Registration will be completed online through the FairEntry system. We strongly encourage all exhibitors to register online; however, in-person registration will be available on Friday, July 17, 2026, from 2 –5:45 PM if needed.

All exhibitors should complete online registration by 9 PM on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

After registering, all entries must be delivered to the Crouse Building at the fairgrounds — located at the Harford County Equestrian Center, 608 N. Tollgate Road, Bel Air, MD 21014 — on Friday, July 17, 2026, between 2 PM and 5:45 PM for judging.

Please note: The Crouse Building will be closed to the public during entry registration and judging.

Following judging, results will be posted here on the website and on social media, along with ribbon placings and awards.

Entries may be picked up on Sunday, July 26, 2026, from 9 AM–12 PM.
