The purpose of the Harford County Farm Fair, Inc. shall be to foster the preservation of Harford County’s agricultural heritage by: (1) providing organizational administrative services for the execution of an annual Fair event; (2) providing educational experiences in the areas of conservation of natural resources and awareness of agricultural heritage; (3) nurturing awareness of agricultural processes necessary for daily living; (4) providing a facility to exhibit local agricultural products and home prepared goods; (5) providing a facility for the exhibition of various recreational activities, (6) providing a forum for agri-business to display their products and services, (7) provide and foster educational opportunities for the 4-H, FFA, and youth of Harford County.
